Interesting......................very, very interesting :)

So I watched this documentary thing last night, I'd seen a few people raving about it, at first I was like "yeah, yeah whatever people chill out!" .........but holy moly, it was a huge eye opener, well ok, I guess I knew some of the stuff and of course I know how important 'food' is to being healthy and fit.......but it was kind of like being poked with a big stick to say "YES LOOK AT WHAT THESE FOODS ARE DOING TO YOU....WAKE UP!!"

The documentary was called 'Hungry for Change', I would certainly recommend anyone to watch this, fat or skinny!   I found it quite inspiring and very educational!  There was a guy in it called Joe Cross, an aussie guy who I just instantly liked.  Now ok, I haven't been living under a rock, I'd heard his name mentioned a few times here and there but had never really looked to see who he was or anything.  Well he too has a doco called 'Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead'.  I just watched that this morning.....and WOW!

I did have tears in my eyes at one point and was trying very hard to swallow a huge lump in my throat!  He's a juicing guru lol!  I've always thought people were a bit mad to think that 'juicing' was the way to go, the thought of not 'eating food' but drinking it was just too silly and unnatural to even contemplate.......I think I might have been wrong!

So do I think I could drink juice only for 30 days ......erm....I honestly don't think so.....do I think I could do it for 10 days ....maybe.....3 days ...yeah probably!  Obstacle #1 I have no juicer lol

I am thinking of giving it a go though....I might see if anyone I know has a juicer I can 'borrow', it seems to be an electrical appliance that if you have one you either use it all the time or it sits gathering dust in the back of the cupboard!
